2. Mr. Thali, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the judgment and decree passed in Regular Civil Suit No.167/2011. The present Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the order of an interim relief. Since the suit itself is decided by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Mapusa, the Writ Petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Needless to say that the interim order passed by this Court dated 9/05/2012 stands vacated.
