In the trial Court, the Appellants had benefit of temporary injunction pending the suit. The suit was ultimately decreed in favour of the Appellants. Considering the same, the interim relief is granted in terms of prayer clause (a) of the Civil Application which reads as follows:- "(a) that pending the hearing and disposal of the Second Appeal, the Respondents be restrained by an order of injunction from carrying out any further construction in the 23rd September 2022
