This application is moved, for permission to withdraw an amount of 25 lakhs deposited by non-applicant i.e original ₹ revision applicant before this Court.

The said amount was deposited by the original revision applicant at the time when revision application was entertained by this Court. It is undisputed that by order dated 6.3.2020, the revision application stood dismissed and orders passed by the Magistrate and the Sessions Court stood confirmed. 8th September, 2021

In view of the above, there can be no impediment in granting the prayer made in this application. Hence, this application is allowed.

Applicant (respondent in original revision application) is allowed to withdraw the amount of 25 lakhs along with interest ₹ accrued, if any. Registry to take appropriate steps in the matter. 6.

Application stands disposed of.
