By this Petition, the Petitioners are seeking quashing of FIR no. 191 of 2014 registered with the Police Station, Mapusa for the offences punishable under Section 406, 420 r/w. Section 34 of IPC, which is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class at Mapusa.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor has, today, produced a copy of the "C" final summary report. The investigation has found that there is no offence committed by the accused.

3. In such circumstances, the Petition is disposed, with liberty to the Petitioner, to challenge the Order passed on the basis of
