Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks direction to decide the regularization application dated 14.12.2016. Records reveal that the Writ Petition No.1024/2015 filed by the petitioner has already been disposed off by this Court by judgment dated 22nd August, 2016.

3. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to exercise our extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to direct the concerned authorities to decide such regularization application. In case any such application is filed, the authorities shall decide such application on its own merits. In
