This is an application for withdrawal of the amount deposited before this Court in F.A. No.14/2005 which was subsequently transferred to the learned District Judge on account of the enhancement of the pecuniary jurisdiction and was registered as Regular Civil Appeal No.68/2010. The appeal has since been dismissed and the matter is not carried any further.

2. The applicant who was the respondent/decree holder in the appeal seeks withdrawal of the amount deposited before this court, for which Shri Ferreira, the learned counsel for the

MCA/274/2018 respondents, on instructions has no objection. In such circumstances the application is allowed. The amount deposited before this Court along with interest, if any, shall be paid to the applicant. The Civil application is disposed off. C. V. BHADANG, J.
