Heard Mr. J. A. Lobo, learned counsel appearing for the applicants.

2. This is an application to recall the order passed by this Court dated 08.04.2015.

3. It is contended by Mr. Lobo, learned counsel appearing for the applicants that the order was obtained by misrepresentation by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as according to him the Advocate himself was a party to the suit. The learned counsel as such points that the order be recalled. Without going into the correctness or otherwise of the said contention, the relief granted by this Court is to expedite the suit.

4. In such circumstances, no prejudice would occasion to the applicants if the suit is ordered to be expedited. All contentions of the parties have been left open.

5. Hence, the application stands accordingly rejected.
