This petition is filed by Mr. E.P. Badri Narayanan and Mrs. B. Chitra, who are the defendants before the trial Court. Advocate Mr. Badri Narayanan, who is the petitioner no. 1 appears in person and as a Counsel for petitioner no. 2, who is his wife.

2. Advocate Mr. Badri Narayanan seeks permission to withdraw the petition, with a request that the suit before the trial Court be expedited. The parties submit that the suit is ripe for hearing and it is of the year 2013.

3. In such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with no order as to costs. The trial Court shall decide the suit as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six
