This is an application for continuation of the stay which was earlier granted. As the matter is yet to be taken up for a final hearing, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the stay earlier granted is continued. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) as follows:- 'a. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to extend the stay of the proceedings in Criminal Complaint No.126/OA/NI/2012/A granted vide order dated 17.02.2021 for a period of six months from the date of disposal of the application.' 10th July 2023
