Learned Counsel for the petitioner tenders affidavit dated 30.04.2019 and states that the orders dated 09.04.2019 and 15.04.2019 passed by this Court has already been complied with.

2. The respondent No. 2 has also filed an affidavit dated 22.04.2019 stating that the petitioner is liable to pay Rs.3,00,000/- per day to respondent No. 2 for the supply of LPG and upon the receipt of the said amount the respondent No.2 shall supply the LPG to the petitioner.

3. It is made clear that from the amount attached by the department, the petitioner would not be entitled to withdraw any amount. It is for the petitioner to sort out the terms with the respondent No. 2. We do not express any views on this issue.

4. Time to file reply to show-cause notice is granted till 31.05.2019 itself and serve a copy of the reply to the learned Counsel for respondents simultaneously. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted. Place the show-cause notice on board on 10,.06.2019.

5. In view of prior orders passed by this Court, nothing survives in this writ petition and the same is disposed of with no orders as to costs.
