The learned Counsel for the parties agree that this petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 27/12/2017, 16/02/2018 and 21/12/2018 as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with law. Accordingly, we direct the respondent no.3 to dispose of the said

wp no.362 of 2019 representations as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of two months from today. The respondent no.3 to afford opportunity of hearing to both the petitioner as well as respondent no.4 and thereafter make an appropriate order. The order to be communicated to both the petitioner as well as respondent no.4. 3.

If any grievance in relation to handing over of some items still persists, it is open to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy before the Civil Court, since, it will not be possible for this Court to go into the disputed questions of fact as to whether all items were indeed handed over or not.

With the aforesaid directions and observations, this petition is disposed of. All concerned to act on the basis of authenticated copy of this order.
