2. This is an application for appointment of an arbitrator under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

3. It is pointed out by the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant that the dispute between the parties is covered by the arbitration agreement. The respondents, though served, have failed to remain present though opportunities were given to file reply. In such circumstances, the averments in the application stand uncontroverted. Hence, Justice U.V. Bakre, retired Judge of this Court is appointed as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes

AAR/17/2014 between the parties.
