Date:- 25th April, 2017 P.C. : After hearing the matter for sometime, on the last date of hearing, the learned Advocate General appearing for the Respondent nos. 1 to 3, sought time to ascertain whether the representation filed by the Petitioner dated 23.01.2017 in terms of the observations of this Court in the Judgment dated 25.10.2016 in Writ Petition no. 1019/2016, has been disposed of.

2. Learned Advocate General, upon verification, now states that the representation shall be disposed of within two months from today and until such representation is decided, the subject house shall not be demolished.
