2. Even though Respondent No.4 is not served, a case is made out for condonation of delay of 46 days in instituting this appeal. Sufficient cause is shown in the application. That apart, Ms Mandrekar points out that the main ground in the appeal is that Respondent No.3 i.e. the driver of the offending vehicle only had a learner's license. The second ground relates to the quantum of compensation awarded to Respondent Nos.1 and 2.
