After the petition was heard for sometime, Mr. G.L. Rawal, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw this petition. However, he seeks liberty to raise the issues raised in the present petition viz. a real likelihood of bias on the part of the Estate Officer hearing the proceedings for eviction of the petitioner emanating from show cause notice dated 23/03/2006 to be raised before the appellate authorities. This is if and when the petitioner has occasion to file an appeal against the final order passed by the Estate Officer in respect of eviction proceedings commenced by show cause notice dated 23/03/2006.
