By this MCA, the applicant is seeking extension of time to deposit the amount as directed by the order dated 24.1.2019. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that due to unavoidable circumstances his client was unable to deposit the amount as directed by order dated 24.1.2019 and undertakes to deposit the sum of Rs. 3,00,000/- by Bankers cheque with the registry of this Court during the course of the day and deposit the balance amount within one week from today. Undertaking rendered by the learned Counsel for the applicant is accepted. It is made clear that amount proposed to be deposited shall carry interest up to the date of deposit. It is made clear that no further

MCA/333/2019 extension of time will be granted. If amount of Rs.3,00,000/- as well as the balance amount is not deposited within the stipulated time, interim order shall stand vacated without further reference to this Court.

2. Applicant is directed to furnish calculation of the amount agreed to be deposited pursuant to the interim order to the respondent's Counsel within three days from today.

3. MCA is disposed of accordingly.
