Considering the difficulties explained in the miscellaneous civil application and by way of last chance we extend the interim relief already granted for further four weeks. We note the submission of Mr.

MCA No.88/21 Nadkarni that the National Green Tribunal (NGT) is entertaining applications for interim relief and issuing orders. Therefore, the applicants, will have to take necessary steps before the NGT instead of once again seeking continuance of the interim relief. 3.

Miscellaneous Civil Application is now disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
