Heard learned Counsel for the parties. Writ Petition is not yet admitted.

2. For the reasons recorded in the MCA, applicants have made out a case for amendment of the Writ Petition. MCA is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause(A). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks and shall serve copy of the amended petition upon the respondents through their respective counsel within one week from the date of carrying out amendment.

3. MCA is disposed of accordingly with no order as to costs.

Respondents would be at liberty to file affidavit in reply to the amended petition within two weeks from the date of service of copy of the amended petition with copy to be served to the Applicants' Advocate simultaneously. Rejoinder, if any, to be filed within one week with copy to be served upon the Respondents' Advocate simultaneously,

5. Place the Writ petition on board for admission on 17.6.2019.

6. Parties are at liberty to rely upon the affidavit filed in the interlocutory application as if reply in the amended main petition.
