During the course of the hearing of the above petition, Mr. Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner upon instructions has pointed out that in the meanwhile the petitioner has been called by the concerned authority for the purpose of signing the pension papers. 3.

Ms. Kholkar, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 upon instructions accepts the said position and points out that the exercise initiated by the respondents shall be taken to its logical conclusion. In such circumstances, we find that nothing survives in the above petition. The petition can be conveniently disposed of accordingly as the grievance of the petitioner is substantially redressed. But however, liberty to the petitioner to apply in case any difficulty arises. Rule stands disposed of accordingly with no order as to costs. K. L. WADANE, J F. M. REIS, J at*
