2. This is an application to serve the unserved respondents by publication. It is pointed out that though the attempts were made to serve the unserved respondents at the residential addresses, the respondents were not served. The applicants also state that the unserved respondents reside within the jurisdiction

MCA/366/2017 of this Court. Hence, the application is allowed. The unserved respondents are permitted to be served by substituted service by publication.

3. For the reasons stated in the application which stand uncontroverted, the unserved respondents are permitted to be served by substituted service by publication in the local newspaper "Navhind Times" in addition to normal service.
