.....Respondents REGISTRAR'S ORDER Petitioner no. 4(c), Mr. Cedric Lobo is present. In view of order on farad sheet dated 29th September, 2022, it has been directed to place the Writ Petition before the Hon'ble Court as no steps were obtained by the petitioners. However, petitioner no. 4(c) submits that Misc. Civil Appln. No. 190 of 2022 is preferred by him and prayed to re-issue notices to unserved respondents i.e. 7(a) to 7(c).

2) On perusal of old farad sheets, on last three dates none was present on behalf of petitioners. It is admitted by the petitioner no. 4(c) that he failed to intimate Registry that Misc. Civil Appln. no. 190 of 2022 is filed by him. It is also noticed that said application was not tagged to the main petition, as it was in

office compliance. However, aforesaid issue is resolved, as the petitioner has obtained steps by filing Misc. Civil Appln. No. 190 of 2022.

3) Misc. Civil Appln. is allowed. Re-issue notices to the unserved respondents no. 7(a) to 7(c) by affixing it on their registered address, as prayed. Accordingly, Misc. Civil Appln. is disposed of as "allowed".
