2. This is an application for condonation of delay in filing a Revision Application challenging the Order of the Registrar whereby the registration of the First Appeal has been refused on account of non-compliance with office objections.
3. The learned Counsel for the Applicant states that it was on account on his lapse that he did not notice that the matter was notified on the Board of the learned Deputy Registrar. It is submitted that when the Learned counsel for the Applicant checked on the website as to why the matter was not listed, he came to know that the registration is refused.

4. In this case, the registration itself of the First Appeal has been refused. As such, notice to the Respondent may not be necessary and is accordingly dispensed with.
5. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Let the Civil Revision Application be registered. C. V. BHADANG, J.
