At the mention by Ms Prazeres, Misc. Civil Application No.222 of 2023 in Second Appeal No.28 of 2014 is taken up. Mr Usgaonkar consents to its being taken up.

2. The learned counsel for the parties state that this Second Appeal is connected with Second Appeal No.27 of 2014. Accordingly, it is directed that both these appeals should be taken up together.

3. The order today made in Misc. Civil Application No.999 of 2022 (F) in Second Appeal No.27 of 2014 about bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased first Respondent will apply in this matter as well. Accordingly, this Misc. Civil Application is 16th February, 2024

MCA 222 of 2023 allowed and disposed of.

4. Ms Prazeres states that necessary amendment will be carried out within four weeks and within the same period the steps will also be taken to serve the legal representatives.
