This is an application placing on record the fact that Appellant No.2 died on 21.03.2020 and that his legal heirs i.e. widow and mother are already parties in this appeal as Appellant Nos.1 and 3. 2.

On this basis, it is prayed that the cause title may be permitted to be amended to state that the Appellant No.2 is deceased and he is represented through his heirs.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. 4.
