This is an application for confirmation of judgment dated 06/10/2015, passed by Non-muslim Family Status Court at Dubai.

2. The marriage between the parties was solemnised and registered in Goa on 23/09/2004 under Entry No.1737/2004. As disputes and differences arose between the parties, they jointly filed a petition for dissolution of marriage before the competent Court at Dubai. The said Court, by judgment dated 06/10/2015, has granted divorce to the parties.

3. The learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection for confirmation of the same.

4. It is undisputed that mutual consent is one of the grounds available for dissolution of marriage as per the local law applicable to the parties. In such circumstances, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). C. V. BHADANG, J.
