2. Second Appeal has been admitted. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the operation of the impugned judgment to the extent it directs the cancellation of the sale deed is stayed. The parties are directed to maintain status quo with regard to the carrying out construction in the suit property until further orders. Liberty to the parties to apply.
