P.C.:- Mr. P. Kamat, learned Advocate for the petitioner states that the GCZMA has now issued a notice dated 17/06/2021 to respondent No.4 based on the complaint of the petitioner. He points out that even hearing is now kept on 02/07/2021.

Accordingly, the reliefs in this petition are substantially worked out. The GCZMA to endevour to dispose of the show cause notice expeditiously and communicate its decision to both the petitioner as well as to respondent No.4 at the earliest.
