Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties for sometime.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor for the Respondent-State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present before the Court, states that the investigation is practically complete and the chargesheet will be filed before the Children's Court on 20.04.2016.

3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that he will move the Children's Court by filing an application for bail in view of the subsequent development of filing of the chargesheet and, as such, seeks permission to withdraw the present application.
