2. This is an application for bringing legal heirs of the deceased Petitioner on record along with condonation of delay and setting aside abatement.

3. A copy of the Death Certificate is placed on record.

4. Mr. Dhargalkar submits that he has already filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the legal heirs.

5. For the reasons stated in the application, the same stands allowed.

6. The legal heirs are permitted to be brought on record in place of the deceased Petitioner. The amendment is to be carried out within 13th November, 2024

MCA 119 of 2021 one week from today.
