2. The learned Advocate appearing for the applicant and learned Advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 6(a) and 6(b). None present for other respondents.

3. This is an application for amendment of the appeal memo and addition of the grounds in the memo of appeal, more particularly, Annexture A to the application.

4. The application is opposed by the learned Advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 6(a) and 6(b).

5. After going through the application, I do not think that the nature of the proceedings will be changed and the grounds made in the application are in consonance with the original pleadings. Hence, the application is allowed.
