Heard Mr. P. Rao, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. P. Dangui, Addl. Govt. Advocate appearing for the respondents.
2. The petitioners are forced to approach this Court with a common grievance that despite of directions issued while disposing of Writ Petition No. 293/2016 and STM no. 970/2016 in providing police protection in a specific situation referred to therein; no such police protection has been provided to the petitioner while transporting the ore in terms of the said directions.
3. Mr. Dangui, learned Addl. Govt. upon instructions states that respondents shall provide police protection in terms of the directions issued by this Court in the order dated 21.3.2016 in Writ Petition No.293/2016, subject to the terms specified therein.
4. In view of the said statement of the learned Addl. Govt.
WP/411/2016 Advocate, which is accepted, the above petition stands disposed of in terms of the directions issued in the said Writ Petition by order dated 21.3.2016.
