Heard Shri Vivek Rodrigues, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and Shri A.Gomes Pereira, learned AGA appearing for respondents no.1 to 3.

2. After hearing the matter for some time, the only objection raised by the learned Additional Government Advocate to activate the subject 3-Phase line electric connection is that the petitioner has to obtain a completion certificate from the Competent Contractor to enable the Department-respondent no.2 to activate the electric connection. Shri V.Rodrigues,learned counsel appearing for the petitioner convinced that the petitioner shall obtain the completion certificate and submit it to the office of respondent no.2.

3. Taking note of the submission of the learned Additional Government Advocate, the respondent no.2 shall proceed to activate the subject electric connection immediately after completion certificate is submitted by the petitioner to the respondent no.2.
