On behalf of the Petitioner, his son, who holds his Power of Attorney, is present in the Court. He instructs Mr Rodrigues to make a statement that the Petitioner's dues to the electric supply company will be paid within four weeks from today. That statement is accepted.

The Petitioner will be at liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings to recover the disputed amount from the Respondent No 3. Those proceedings will be decided on their merits uninfluenced by the present order.

The Petitioner has a electricity connection to an outhouse as mentioned in para 14 of the petition. The Petitioner seeks to have that electric connection discontinued or disconnected. He has made necessary application. Respondents No 1 and 2 will process that the application within two weeks from today, subject of course to clearance of all dues against that connection. 4.
There is a Civil Suit pending between the Petitioner and Respondent No 3, which is said to be at evidence stage. It has been pending since 2008. It is RCS No 902/2008/B before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Mapusa. The learned Judge is requested to take up the suit at the earliest and to dispose of it as soon as possible, preferably by 31st January 2018.
