The challenge in this petition is to the Order dated 08.03.2017 made by the Appeal Court granting injunction th February 2023

903-WP-393-17.DOC pending the disposal of Regular Civil Suit No.28/2015 instituted by the respondents.

Mr Rao, learned counsel for the respondents (original plaintiffs) now places on record the Roznama which shows that the Regular Civil Suit No.28/2015 was withdrawn by the respondents/plaintiffs on 07.09.2018. The Roznama indicates that the suit during the pendency of which the injunction was to operate was disposed of on 07.09.2018.

Accordingly, it is apparent that the reliefs in this petition have been rendered infructuous. The petition is disposed of as such.

Miscellaneous Applications, if any do not survive the disposal of this petition and even such miscellaneous applications, if any are disposed of.
