Heard Mr. V. Amonkar, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant and Ms. S. Bhobe,learned Counsel appearing for the respondents.

2. The present application is filed by the applicant for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the respondents before this Court. According to the applicant, his reference under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act was allowed. Against that order First Appeal No.241/2008 was preferred by the respondent and it was disposed of on 2.12.2014 and First Appeal was dismissed.

3. Learned Advocate appearing for the respondent has no objection to pay the amount to the applicant.

4. Hence, application is allowed. Registry is directed to calculate the

MCA/374/2015 amount of compensation payable to the applicant and pay the said amount alongwith accrued interest thereon to the applicant.

5. Application stands disposed of.
