After hearing the matter for some time the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the above Petition with liberty to challenge the resolution no.5 held in the meeting of the respondent no.2 on 21.12.2015 and the resolution no.5

(1) held in the meeting of the respondent no.2 on 23.1.2016 before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

2. Petition stands accordingly disposed off as withdrawn with liberties as prayed for.
