REGISTRAR'S ORDER By this application the appellants/applicants pray to issue notice to respondent nos. 1 to 3, 4(a) to 4(e), 4f(a) to 4f(b), 4(g) to 4(k) by publication in the daily newspaper. According, to the Ld. Advocate for the applicants, address given in the Cause title are last known address to them. The notices issued through bailiff, returned unserved as the above respondents were not found at the given address and no body could identify the house. On perusal of the report, it reveals that, previously these respondents were served by publication in the daily newspaper "Gomantak Times".

Hence notices to the aforesaid respondents will not be served by ordinary means. So, issue notices by publication in the daily newspaper "Gomantak Times" circulated in the State of Goa. Ld.
