At the outset, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, submits that there has been a typographical error in paragraph 7 of the application. On an oral prayer made, leave is granted to amend paragraph 7 to correct the typographical error. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

By this application, the Petitioner seeks early hearing of the Writ Petition. It is stated that the Applicant is 79 years old and she is suffering from impairment of mobility.

Considering the statements made in the application, a case for early listing of the Petition is made out.
