2. This is an application for rectification of the typing error in the name of the respondent no.1 in the cause title of the judgment dated 28.01.2016.

3. For the reasons stated in the application, the Registry is directed to correct the error in the cause title of the judgment dated 28.01.2016 thereby deleting the word "Volaco" and inserting the word "Colaco".
