Heard the Petitioner in person and Ms. Linhares, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent nos. 1 and 2.

2. The main grievance of the Petitioner is that though a show cause notice has been issued by the Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority pursuant to a complaint lodged by the Petitioner in respect an illegal construction, nevertheless, such proceedings have not attained its logical conclusion.

3. During the course of the hearing, Ms. Linhares, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent nos. 1 and 2, has, upon instructions, stated that the show cause notice shall be finally decided by the Respondent no. 2 within three months from

WP/369/2015 today.

4. Accepting the said statement of learned Addl. Government Advocate, upon instructions, we find that the grievances of the Petitioner have been according redressed. The Petition stands accordingly disposed of. All the contentions of the parties are left open.
