Shri Pavithran AV, learned Advocate, waives notice on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2 and submits that he has no objection to the application under consideration.

2. In view thereof and having perused the order of this Court dated 06.05.2016 and the Judgment dated 22.12.2016, the application for withdrawal of amount is allowed. The Applicants would be entitled to the withdrawal of the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- alongwith the interest accrued thereon till date.
