2. During the course of hearing of the above petition, Ponda Municipal Council has produced an order dated 26.5.2015 passed by the Chief Officer of the said Municipality.

3. In view of the said order, the grievance of the petitioner do not survive, but however, the respondent no.8, if so advised, can always challenge the said order in accordance with law.
