Heard the petitioner in person and Mr. P. Faldessai, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner in person admits that pursuant to the orders passed by the Goa State Information Commission dismissing the appeal preferred by the appellant, the information sought by the petitioner about the answer papers has already been supplied by the respondent No.3 and, as such, the grievance to that effect does not survive. But, however, the petitioner submits that the impugned order passed by the Goa State Information Commission is contrary to the Judgment of the Apex Court reported in (2011) 8 SCC 497 in the case of Central Board of Secondary Education and another vs. Aditya Bandopadhyay and others.

3. As the grievance of the petitioner to obtain the information no longer survives, the question of examining the other contentions of the petitioner are only academic.

4. Hence, the petition does not deserve consideration and stands accordingly rejected.
