The Misc. Civil Application seeks expeditious hearing of the Writ Petition.

The application is purportedly on the ground that the petition decides the fate of nearly 3,500 retired Government Employees. The same is allowed.

The Writ Petition is placed on board of 15/07/2019 for fixing of a date of hearing alongwith Writ Petition No.347/2016. It is made clear that the Civil Application is allowed only to the extent of expeditious hearing of the petition.
