2. This is an application for condonation of delay of sixty days in filing the First Appeal.

3. The reasons given in the application are administrative reasons.

4. Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents, strongly opposes the application on the ground that no sufficient cause has been shown as the allegations made therein are vague.

5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, considering that it is now well settled that while examining an application for condonation of delay, justice oriented approach has to be taken by the Court, I find that the delay in filing the Appeal deserves to be condoned.
