IN THE HIGH COURT OF BOMBAY AT GOA

WRIT PETITION NO. 544 OF 2015 SHRI DEEPAK P. VAINGANKAR.

... Petitioner

Versus

GOA STATE CHIEF INFORMATION COMMISSIONER, GOA STATE INFORMATION COMMISSION AND 2 ORS., ... Respondents Shri Kapil D. Kerkar, Advocate for the petitioner. Ms. Susan Linhares, Additional Government Advocate for the respondents no.1 and 2.

Shri C. Padgaonkar, Advocate for the respondent no.3. Coram:- F. M. REIS & NUTAN D. SARDESSAI, JJ.

Date:- 10th August, 2016 P.C.:

It is not disputed that the Second Appeal has been preferred by the petitioner which is pending before the concerned Information Commission. The petitioner takes exception to an order passed based on the order impugned in the said Second Appeal. As the Second Appeal has been filed and all the issues are open to be examined by the Second Appellate Authorities, the question of interference at this stage is not justified. The petition stands accordingly rejected. All the contentions of the parties are left open. NUTAN D. SARDESSAI, J.
