This is an application to substitute the Arbitrator appointed by this Court by an order dated 18.04.2015 as the Arbitrator appointed therein has recuse on account of his new assignment.

2. By consent of the learned counsel, Justice N. A. Britto, the Retired Judge of this Court is now appointed as an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

3. Both the learned counsel also consent that the Arbitrator may continue with the proceedings commenced by the earlier Arbitrator.
