Rule heard forthwith with the consent of learned Counsel for the parties. Shri A. Gomes Pereira, learned Additional Government Advocate waives service on behalf of the respondents. 3.

The grievance of the petitioners is that despite of an Award passed by the L.A.O. the compensation as determined is not yet been disbursed.

Shri Dattaprasad Lawande, learned Advocate General for the respondents no.1 and 2 has pointed out that the compensation in terms of the Award dated 03/06/2013 shall be paid to the interested parties including the petitioners within four weeks from today. Accepting the above statement nothing survives in the above petition. The petition accordingly stands disposed off. 5.

Rule stands disposed off accordingly.
