Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners for sometime.

2. By the impugned Judgment and Order, the learned Adhoc District Judge, while setting aside the Order dated 16.11.2015, has granted liberty to the Petitioners to file an application seeking police protection, if required. The learned Adhoc District Judge has further directed that the Respondents/Defendants shall be given an opportunity to file their say and be heard in the matter.

3. The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that in consequence of the liberty granted, the Petitioners have already moved an application on 05.04.2016 which is pending. It is obvious that the Trial Court shall decide the same in terms of the directions contained in the Judgment and Order dated 18.03.2016 passed by the

WP/417/2016 learned District Judge.

4. In that view of the matter, nothing further survives and the Petition is accordingly disposed of. The Trial Court shall decide the application as expeditiously as possible.
