Heard Mr Padiyar, learned Counsel for the Petitioners and Mr Pravin Faldessai, learned Counsel for the State. Mr K. Morajkar, learned Counsel appears for the Intervenor.

2. Mr Padiyar submits that the prayers in the present petition have been worked out since the Petitioners have already been provided with a specific place within the shed constructed by Ponda Municipal Council and the Petitioners are now conducting their business activities from such shed. He submits that the issue with regard to 10th May, 2024

WP 337 of 2015 other aspects, i.e. hawkers zone, identity card, etc, are not required to be dealt with in this petition.

3. In view of the above statements and the fact that the Petitioners are now operating the business activities from the allotted place in the shed, nothing survives in the present Petition.

4. Accordingly, the Petition stands disposed of. No costs. VALMIKI MENEZES, J.
